What is your return policy for used equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Due to safety standards, equipment that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless it is found to have a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
Are the wings and masts interchangeable between different brands?
Most hydrofoil components are brand-specific due to unique fuselage connections and bolt patterns. However, many brands use the industry-standard 90mm track mount system for connecting the mast to the board. We recommend contacting our support team to verify compatibility before mixing brands.
What kind of maintenance is required for carbon fiber foils?
To extend the life of your gear, always rinse your foil with fresh water after use in salt water. We recommend applying a specialized anti-seize lubricant (like Tef-Gel) to all stainless steel bolts every few weeks to prevent galvanic corrosion between the carbon and metal components.
